We will, to our utmost abilities, make efforts to ensure that our working, living, and learning environment is free from any discrimination, harassment, and violence. We believe in providing a safe and healthy work place for our employees and customers.

ASSISTIVE DEVICES

We are committed to serving people with disabilities who use assistive devices to obtain, use, or benefit from our goods and services. We ensure that our staff are familiar with various assistive devices while accessing our facilities.

USE OF SERVICE ANIMALS

We welcome people with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal on the allocated parts of our premises opened to the public. We ask that persons with disabilities keep service animals close at all times.

SUPPORT PERSONS

Any person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person is welcomed at our premises. We may require that a person with a disability access our facilities with the participation of a support person where accessing the services without a support person would pose a significant risk to the health and safety of the person with a disability and to others around.

ALLERGIES/DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Customers are responsible for notifying staff of any food allergies. All foods are prepared in an institutional cooking environment that could involve accidental contamination with the foods to which you or your guests may be allergic or intolerant to. It is, therefore, ultimately the responsibility of the guest to judge whether or not to question ingredients or choose to eat selected foods.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY DISRUPTION

Pierside Restaurant will provide customers with notice in the event of a planned or unexpected disruption in the facilities or services. The notice will be placed at all public entrances and service counters on our premises.

POLITE NOTICE TO PARENTS

We gladly welcome parents to bring their children and family, but for hazardous reasons we ask that they be under direct supervision at all times.
